Message to say goodbye :'(
How are you all doing? Looking forward to the holidays?
As you may have read, this might be our last blog-post ever...
Not ever, but atleast the last one of this schoolyear.
Although we haven't got the chance to really get to know each other, I think this blog-project is quite unique. We may not have made friends for life, but we did make some contacts with people from foreign countries. Maybe next year we'll continue this project, it depends on which teacher we have. Anyway, I'd like to thank you for replying to our posts and putting effort in your own blogs. Feel free to leave your love-letters here, who knows you might get an answer ;-).
Good luck in all your lives and wish us luck with the examinations, because the teacher of accounting will do everything to flunk us :-(.
Sweet regards from Vince, Dries, Stephany, Valérie and Sary.

Dries's Resolutions
I'm going to drink less beer. Because I've been drunk too much lately.
I'm going to study harder at school.
I'm thinking of joining a basketballclub. Because at the moment I ain't doing a thing of sports.
I realy want to pass this year. So the only thing that I have to do is study, study and study :D
Sary's resolutions
I want to make other people happy.
I'm going to give immaterial things and feelings more attention, because that is much more important then material tings.
I want to stay myself. I am the way I am.
And most important of all. I want to stay positif and happy!

Welcome
It might be a little odd to chat with people whom you have never spoken with before.
But don’t worry, we won’t bite.
For starters, we are a group from the fourth grade. Our class has been divided into a few groups and we are one of them.
We call our group the 24hour Party People. Our group has 4 members. 2 girls and 2 boys, respectively Sary, Valerie, Vincent and Dries. Our school is located in Malle in the province of Antwerp.
It’s not a big school, but big enough to lose some of your friends during lunch ;).
I do not know if you have the same type of school as we have. But we study Languages and The Art of Trading. It’s part of the Technical part of the second grade.
Sary and Valerie are 15 years old and will become 16 this year. Dries is 16 years old. Vincent is 17 years old. And He did the second year of kindergarten twice and got a little stuck in the third grade due to his lack of good choices. But it doesn’t matter , we are all friends and we do not care whether one’s older or younger.
Valerie and Vincent are both die hard jumpers. Jumpers are people who listen to jumpstyle music. Jump is… well let’s say it’s akin to techno-music. The music has its own dancestyle and has become very popular throughout Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Germany. It might be possible that it is known in other countries. Vincent also enjoys some Hardcore.
Dries on the other hand listens to rap music and enjoys an occasional jumpstye. And Sary listens to various styles of music.
Me, Vincent, has a lot of hobbies. I am a member of the boy scouts and practise the art of Rugby. Two years ago we went to your native country with the boy scouts Yes I’ve already been in Slovenia. We slept on a field near Dreznice Razne(I am uncertain how it is spelled, so excuse me for the lack of the adequate translation)We went to the river in Kobarid a lot and you know what was marvellous ? It was the first time in my life that I could drink from and swim in the same river. I was astonished. After a week we took our backpacks and went for a walk in the Triglav Naridzni Parcka. Very nice landscape and it reminded me a bit of The Lord of The Rings.
But enough about me. Let’s hear more about the other Party People.
Sary is one of the few girls of our school who plays soccer. And let me tell you, she is pretty good at it. Although it’s not the best team of Belgium, she still succeeds in delivering a nice game. Before I came to Immaculata she and I sat in the same class. So she’s one of the few people of my school who I know pretty well
But, I must confess that I know Valerie better.
I have known her for 4-5 years now. She was in Sint John in West Malle.
We have a mutual taste, concerning music. She is a real party-animal and when she is on the dancefloor, she is a groovy sexy dance machine. She is a very good runner, she trains almost every day. She does that to keep fit and right she is.
Funny thing is, that she says that it has become quite of an addiction. And many people say that when you start to run, you cannot stop until you drop. I hope she may run for a long time.
One detail is, she thinks she shops too much. But hey, if you got the money why wouldn't you spend it.The last one is Dries. He is pretty impressive, if it comes to rapmusic. He knows a lot about that genre and he is very good at writing his own lyrics. When I first read one, I thought he stole it from the Internet. But I was wrong. It was almost on a professional level. He does not practise a sport in a team. But he plays basketball on the street. You could say he is a real rapper : Rapmusic and Basketball.
So this was a brief survey of the 24hour Party People, I could write more than this, but due the lack of time I will continue this in due time. And we hope that you are not reluctant to share some information about yourselves.
Peace out, homies for life.
24hour Party People
